House & Family History: Boveridge has been a special-needs school since 1971. In 1998 The Philip Green Memorial Trust donated £230,000 to save the school from closure, followed by a further £150,000 in 2002 for major refurbishment, after which the school's name was changed from Boveridge House School to Philip Green Memorial School.
Garden & Outbuildings: Boveridge's six acres of listed gardens were created in the 1920s by a unique collaboration between Gertrude Jekyll and Thomas Mawson. The gardens were brought to the attention of the public by their partial recreation at the Chelsea Flower Show in 2006 by Chris Beardshaw of BBC's "Hidden Gardens" TV series, who had been working to restore the gardens. The stable buildings have been converted to form two classrooms.
