House & Family History: The 3rd Viscount Hampden sold the Hoo Estate in 1938. The house was demolished in 1958; in the 1990s several new houses, and their accompanying gardens, were developed on the site of The Hoo.
Garden & Outbuildings: The brick stableblock has been converted into residences.
